As a homeowner, this was the worst investment decision I’ve ever made. The company is extremely disorganized, constantly losing important information, and communication is abysmal—they take days to respond, if they even bother to. Maintenance issues are neglected for days on end, causing unnecessary stress and financial losses. I’ve lost a significant amount of money due to their poor management of my investment property. I strongly advise against using their services.
