I strongly recommend you avoid listing your house for sale with this company. They don't do any real work to sell your house. After I fired them and found a new listing agent, he showed me the MLS listing from Twana Rasoul, and it turns out Twana had failed to put all of the photos on the MLS listing. Buyers were most likely skipping over my listing because they couldn't see inside on MLS! I lost 2 full weeks of critical sales activity thanks to Twana, and only had a handful of showings during that period. Do not use this company, if you are serious about selling your house, and getting a competitive sale price. They'll just sit back and let it sit on the market. If he can make that critical mistake when selling a property, imagine what he will forget to do when helping you buy one?

I strongly recommend you avoid listing your house for sale with this company. They don't do any real work to sell your house. After I fired them and found a new listing agent, he showed me the MLS listing from Twana Rasoul, and it turns out Twana had failed to put all of the photos on the MLS listing. Buyers were most likely skipping over my listing because they couldn't see inside on MLS! I lost 2 full weeks of critical sales activity thanks to Twana, and only had a handful of showings during that period. Do not use this company, if you are serious about selling your house, and getting a competitive sale price. They'll just sit back and let it sit on the market. If he can make that critical mistake when selling a property, imagine what he will forget to do when helping you buy one?
