We are thrilled to have found and closed on a beautiful home thanks to his hard work. Oliver made the process of searching for and buying a home in the Wilmington area so easy and stress free, that we are now unexpectedly looking to work with him again to purchase an investment property. We relied heavily on his knowledge, as well as his network of local professionals (lenders, inspectors, plumbers, lawyers, etc.) while going through the process. Oliver coordinated and oversaw EVERYTHING for us - it was white glove service and made what easily could have been a very overwhelming process extremely simple, especially since we could not be physically on-site. But above all that, Oliver is just a good guy, with an infectious amount of optimism that makes it impossible to get overly stressed, even though buying a house is a huge deal.
