As a Broker/ Realtor in the Wilmington NC market and surrounding areas, I work with investors to educate them about our local market and aim to show them the best opportunities for real estate investing in South East North Carolina. Originally from New York City, my passion for real estate and investing led me to leaving my past career in digital advertising and the big city to start my own business as an re agent in NC. I am passionate about our market and why it is set up for success in growth in the next 5 - 10 year+. We were really fortunate to come across Oliver when looking to buy a place in North Carolina. He understood what we were looking for and made arrangements to view multiple properties very quickly. Found a place we loved and Oliver negotiated the price and terms in a way we would not have thought of ourselves. We had some challenges closing and again he stepped in to keep negotiating with the sellers who were getting understandably impatient. All in all, an excellent experience! I would highly recommend Oliver for your real estate transaction!

My experience with Oliver was fantastic. He made the process of selling my house easy. I have never sold a house before and Oliver walked me through the process with professionalism and sharing his knowledge, so I understood each step. I am remote to my former house's location (The house was my parents' retirement home.), meaning Oliver did all of the work, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Oliver and Coastal Reality Associates, if you are looking to either buy or sell a house.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Oliver. The house hunting process can be stressful, and even more so while traveling a lot. Oliver made it as smooth as possible by listening to my requests and concerns, being readily available, and always providing options with solid advice. His knowledge of real estate and the area is impressive. I will be recommending Oliver to friends and family because he’s definitely the best.

We cannot say enough about Oliver Evans. As investors from California we had the big challenge of purchasing several homes in various different neighborhoods in and around Wilmington. We were referred to Oliver by an agent here in California. From the moment we met Oliver we knew we were in good hands. He was competent, thorough, patient, knowledgeable and understood our needs and our timing. Oliver always kept a level head and not only protected our rights as Buyers, but also educated us about the NC market, and the very different aspects of the real estate process. We would definitely work with Oliver again and suggest anyone who is looking to either buy or sell real estate to do the same!

I am a first time home buyer and was looking to make a move across the country to NC. Oliver was extremely helpful and flexible with my schedule. He would even go on house tours and facetime us so we could see them. He made the whole process very easy. What I appreciate most about Oliver was him telling me in his honest opinion I should walk away from an offer. He really had my best interest in mind. He also has a ton of connections with contractors, plumbers, etc, so you can be quoted on repairs very easily. I will definitely use him again going forward.

Oliver was on top of every question and concerns throughout this whole home buying experience. It wasn't easy, I moved, with my family, from over 600 miles away. He was helpful not with just the home buying process but with his knowledge of the surrounding area. Getting me acquainted with people in different service industries so I can properly maintain my home and property along with information about the school district. Very professional and would highly recommend.

For a first time home buyer with a crazy market and the added stress of buying while in another state, Oliver made the home buying process seem easy! He went out of his way to make sure that I knew what was going on at all times and was completely on top of his game when it came to finding houses quickly and making sure I was in the loop. He is extremely reliable and was always willing to work with my crazy schedule. I definitely recommend working with Oliver!

Oliver helped find and negotiate a deal on four prime off market condos for me in the Wilmington area, with double digit returns I am extremely happy with the purchase and would gladly refer him to anyone looking in the area.
