My experience with David Bond & his team at Trius Lending Partner has been nothing short of insightful, efficient, & overall amazing. The process took a total (from the time of origination to close) of 5 days. My clients’ were on a very short time frame with the risk of losing their earnest money & Trius Lending met our deadline.

Trius completed underwriting and provided my loan approval in about 2 days which is incredible. Sam Millman is a great loan officer. Sam is very responsive, helpful and polite.
