Riley is amazing to work with for finding a new home! There was no pressure to put any offers in, and Riley would give his honest opinion on places even if that meant passing on an opportunity to put in an offer and continue the search. I really appreciated how he would take the time to find a home that fit best for me and he would go the extra mile to check out homes on my behalf when I couldn’t. Riley also patiently answered all of my questions as a first time homebuyer. Thank you for all your help through the home buying process and your continued guidance on home maintenance has been incredibly helpful!

My partner and I consider ourselves very fortunate to have worked with Riley through our home buying experience.
As first time buyers in a competitive market, we had so many questions about the overall process, timeline, etc. Riley truly put our minds at ease by being patient, communicative and honest every step of the way.
When we found the perfect house, Riley did a full walkthrough with us, answering our questions and pointing out pros/cons, and he quickly put together a competitive offer when we were ready to move forward. When I say he went above and beyond, I entirely mean it - he worked long hours over a weekend to ensure that our offer was accepted and kept us in the loop throughout the back and forth.
During this whole process, Riley was detail-oriented, efficient and even got us a lower than asking price. We couldn’t recommend Riley enough, please give him a call if you’re looking for an exceptional realtor!!

I feel like Riley is the agent you should have for any first time home buyer. He's extremely thorough and gives it to you straight. No beating around the bush with him. He seems to have way more knowledge than your typical agent. I believe I recall him saying he had prior construction, remodel and home loan experience.
The process couldn't be better. Have a question? He has an answer. I went through 2 different agents before landing on Riley and gotta say I'm surprised he doesn't have more great reviews.
For anyone looking for a realtor or think you have one, take a 2nd look you won't be disappointed.
