Ben Laube, is a Florida native, and renowned three-time ICON agent at eXp Realty. 

After five (5) years of working as a web developer and building his own freelance marketing company, Ben switched to real estate with the goal of helping families achieve home ownership. 

In 2019, Ben decided it was time to expand and grow a team of future leaders within the real estate market. Currently, Ben leads a team of thirty (30) agents, covering Tampa and Central Florida. 

Growing up, Ben adopted the mantra, “never stop evolving,” and throughout his tenure in real estate, has remained steadfast in maintaining his curiosity, occupying spaces that challenges him, and equipping himself with the necessary tools to foster his growth while carving his space as a fellow leader in the real estate industry.
 Presently, Ben sits on the board of the Downtown Arts District and has always been involved in the local Chamber of Commerce. Beyond real estate, Ben is passionate about the arts, food, and culture within Orlando. 

Outside of his professional life, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his family, scuba diving, and traveling.
