Thank you to Brett Merrill and Brittany Sullivan Merrill of Naples Realty Group! It was quite a journey, and they patiently guided us through the process, answered all of our questions, and were always available for texts and calls. I knew they were the realtors for us the first time they walked through our house and were so encouraging about its appeal and value... and they were right! From the beautiful video, photos and social media posts to the final cleanout help by providing dumpsters, they were always working for us. Our buyers are just who we had hoped for: a family who loves our house (almost) as much as we do!

I used Alex Hiller when I sold my house. Did a fantastic job. Helped me get a dumpster, helped me through the process , even helped me move. And best of all he got me way above asking price. He made it quick and easy, couldn’t be more satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Naples and specifically Alex Hiller made the home buying process smooth, easy, and stress free. Alex was able to connect me with his investor contacts to get an off market multifamily so that both me and his contact could get the contract we both wanted. He then proceeded to link me with all different contractors who I will need as a rental property owner and for my needs. As a first time home buyer and entering the investment market Alex was able to give tons of advice due to his own personal experiences as a investment property owner and real estate agent. Highly recommend and will continue to work with him with all future real estate investments and purchases.
