I bought my house with the intention of a live-in flip. I told Brad my idea and he ran. He was great. He gave me honest feedback on houses. Not surface level, “oh these counters look great.” But “This house is going to make your margins tight.” “This piping is flaking, I would be looking at replacing this with Pex.” I mean the guy’s a gem. He works hard, too. The house that I eventually ended up on was having a had a couple issues with moisture buildup in the bathroom. Being built in the 60’s and having no fan, it was pretty dingy. Brad helped me remove mold out of the bathroom and even patched a hole on the ceiling. This in-turn ensured a smooth closing. I don’t usually give long reviews, but this guy deserves one.
