She makes investment nearly turnkey as she can represent you as your buyers agent, can help oversee and coordinate repair and renovation work, AND can manager your property. She's so good it's hard to write this review because I really don't need you guys taking up all her time, but she deserves it! She's a TOP NOTCH STR manager, a super host, and will make sure you have a string of 5 star reviews. Oh, and did I mean she owns the cleaning company that will do your STR turns? She is truly a one stop shop and the key to my coastal investment success. A story on her as my buying agent: At her final walkthrough of a house I was buying remotely, she discovered a floor issue the sellers had hidden with a rug. Closing was mere hours away and I was out of pocket in a work meeting. She refused to leave the property until the situation was resolved, and the sellers ended up issuing me a credit for the amount it would take to fix the floors, and even that speaks to Tanya's skill set -- she was able to eyeball the repair and on the spot negotiate what we'd need to repair it. The sellers had also tried to have her do the final walk through earlier, but she insisted on waiting till all their furniture was gone. By the time I got out of the meeting, she had negotiated the whole thing and the first thing I hear about it is it's resolved and they're cutting us a check! That's really just one incident and it's hard to touch on how much vast market knowledge and resources she brings to the table. She in a fantastic property manager as well.
