Tida Hamilton is Broker/Owner of Hamilton Properties and has been in the real estate industry since 1997. While in college, she worked for nationally ranked top producers at Prudential in Del Mar. Her goal after college was to become a Financial Advisor to help families achieve their financial dreams. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from SDSU, Tida decided to follow in the footsteps of her mentors and obtained her real estate license. She now helps families achieve their financial dreams through real estate.

As a full-service real estate professional, she works with buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types from residential to multi-unit properties. She is knowledgeable in different types of financing and programs, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and self-directed IRAs/401Ks.

Known for her quality service, savvy negotiation skills, and creative problem-solving. She acts as a strong advocate for her clients to accomplish their real estate goals and believes in building trusting relationships. Thanks to her strong base of loyal clientele, personal referrals, and repeat business continue to be the cornerstone of her business.

Tida resides in Carlsbad with her husband and two children and enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and paddle boarding. She is a strong believer in giving back and devotes a substantial amount of time and money to the local elementary school’s PTA where she has served as Treasurer and President.
