I currently have 15 rentals and counting. I also have 10+ fixes and flips & building new construction spec homes going on. I have an amazing team of people that help me do what I do. I'd love to share my resources with you! My goal for 2023 is to buy my first apartment building. I met Nick in 2016, and have been watching him work hard to grow his business to new heights. He invests in himself, his team, and the many new people he meets with during his monthly REI club. Nick has encouraged myself to keep with real estate, even when it's been hard to imagine to keep moving.
Taking example from Nick has really helped me spending time and money in growing myself so that I can take bigger steps towards success.

I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is searching for a great real estate agent. This team is a goldmine of information and support. I love the opportunity to investors of all levels; from a pro with over 100 rental properties to the young lady who just graduated high school and is just here to learn about real estate. As a mortgage professional, I couldn't ask for a better group of people to meet up with every month!
