Brandon was great! He was a referral from my parents and he didn’t disappoint. I moved from the west coast and there are a few things different to look for in a house out here so I leaned on him and he helped me out with setting a proper offer and after inspection he recommended some repairs that ended up being important. We got the repairs completed as well.

We live out of state and Brandon was super helpful with this process. He was very communicative, always open and honest about things and never stopped working with us on the sale of our house. Brandon is knowledgeable and can provide valuable feedback that can guide and assist you to make the best choice towards what you are searching for. He advised on strategy and best practices but also listened to our needs and let us make our own decisions.
Brandon is also very humble, personable and empathetic. Even when we decided not to move forward with a couple of properties, he was understanding and continued to make the effort to ensure we found what we were looking for.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Home Link Realty and my agent Brandon. Moving to the Greenville area from out of state, I needed an expert I could look to for guidance and Brandon was that and more. Not only did he help me find a property that perfectly fit my needs, he acted as the captain of my team to ensure we crossed the finish line and closed the deal. He also gave me great recommendations on lenders, contractors, and everything else someone from out of state would need. Brandon is a great realtor. He is very professional and personable. He helped us understand the market conditions and together we developed a plan to sell a rental property we had. He brought us several full price offers right away and our property sold higher and more quickly than I expected. His knowledge of current market conditions and property values is outstanding and we will use his services for the remaining two properties we have left to sell. We highly recommend Brandon.
