I have had nothing but positive experiences with this management company. The apartment is beautiful, rent is reasonable, and they are exceptionally pet friendly. Maintenance is wonderful and does a great job. Overall a great company to work with.

Jessica has been amazing to work with. For the first time in 26 years I was looking for a home of my own. A year ago she was able to help me through the rental application process and touring homes. When I chose one she was quick to get the ball rolling. She answered all of my questions in a great timeframe. The last year she has also been attentive to the needs or questions I have had. Just recently I worked with her to have my room mate added to my agreement. The process was swift and somewhat fast. She has been an amazing person to work with!

I've been a tenant with Open Door Rentals for quite some time, and I can confidently say this has been the most positive rental experience of my life, and I’ve had plenty of experience over the years! The entire team is consistently positive, friendly, courteous, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. The rental process was seamless and efficient, and the maintenance crew is truly top-notch. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

From beginning to end, this whole experience was so easy and amazing. Jessica went above and beyond to get us into our rental in just a few days! She is fantastic to work with and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking!

They don't even deserve 1 star...my mother at 65 on fixed income with medical problems had to spend last Christmas moving her stuff out with only 10 days to move, ONLY on certain days and times they would unlock the door for her to get her belongings. She exaughsted herself getting her stuff and cleaning it to get back deposit to then get charged over $6,000!!! Almost a year later, my dad 70 on fixed income, also health problems kicked out so they could renovate and raise rent, he left that place better than he moved in but yet charged $1,000 for "damages" They aren't the only ones either! BUYING HOUSES EVICTING PEOPLE SO YOU CAN REPLACE SOME FLOORING AND THROW UP SOME PAINT AND CHARGE DOUBLE OR TRIPLE MORE IS HEARTLESS! PEOPLE CAN NOT AFFORD THE RENT OR THE CHARGES YOU LEAVE THEM WITH! AGAIN, HEARTLESS!
