When I chose one she was quick to get the ball rolling. She answered all of my questions in a great timeframe. The last year she has also been attentive to the needs or questions I have had. Just recently I worked with her to have my room mate added to my agreement. The process was swift and somewhat fast. She has been an amazing person to work with!

After I replaced the fuse inside over the stove microwave twice within approx. a month I thought there was something more wrong. I contacted maintenance through The MELD, my microwave was replaced with a new one in a short period of time. The new one is working fine.
