First the application process is really long and a little unprofessional the only way to contact the property manager is via email and they take hours or days to respond back the very first apartment we looked at was taken off market basically they let is see the apartment and then once we applied I received an email that the apartment was off the market and given to someone else and now the second apartment we applied and provided everything they ask for and additional income still didn’t qualify then when i ask about a refund as far as the application because we didn't get the apartment but was told didn’t thing from property manager but when i reviewed the reviews before application i seen another individual dealt with same this as us and one of the employees told them they would receive an refund basically what I’m saying is don’t waste your time applying to this place its not worth the time

I have been renting from K&S for about a year now and I have had nothing but a positive, interactive experience with them. The secretary Chrissy and my property manager Melissa have gone above and beyond to fix any maintenance requests, answer any questions or inquisitions I may have had, and over all communicate quick and fast like. I would recommend them to friends and family if anyone were to look or being a housing search!

Do not look to rent from these people. All they want you to do is pay an application fee and never actually rent you a property. Their communication is terrible, was told not to reach out to anybody else in the office so the lady could get her commission. Told me to apply for a particular house because no one was looking at the house (didn’t even want to move there but did anyway because I just needed a place). Within 3-4 day of me submitting my application for that house, miraculously someone else was already giving the house? Ultimately ended up just giving me the run around for about 3 weeks. Kept telling me too look at other properties because the property I actually wanted was being looked at by other applicants and it was currently unavailable. (I told my girlfriend to apply for the house to see what happens & she got right through for the house when she applied for it) Turns out it was always available. Once they found out it was girlfriend, they stated our credit wasn’t looking too good. Now I know my credit score isn’t 800 but it’s damn sure good enough to get a place with no worries! So they said we had to pay First months rent, Last month’s rent and Security deposit. Even though that’s not very common I agreed to it because like I said I needed a place immediately. Turns out 3 days later it was giving to someone else. I think there is definitely something fishy going on with this company. I DO NOT them recommend at all! lucky I realized how terrible their communication & efforts were with me as to getting me into a place. So I went else where and I am very satisfied that I did.
