Hey there! I'm Rebecca Cullen. I am the owner of Cullen & Company at Keller Williams licensed in NC/SC. We serve buyers and sellers who want to learn how to build wealth and achieve their real estate goals. I've been a Realtor since 2015 and we've served over 500 families to date. The best praise I've ever received from a client was that our attention to detail, our availability, and the sacrifices that we take to help buying and selling a smooth and easy process, is why families decide to hire us over and over. Helping people to earn the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, or advocate for excellent investment opportunities makes me so proud & drives everything I do! In 2019, I received the Eagle Award from my office, which is one of the highest accomplishments to achieve and we've been named as part of the top 5% of the Charlotte Multiple Listing Service in production. We earned a spot on the RealTrends Top 1000 Agents across the United States in 2020 and have continued to remain each year following. In 2023, we were named #35 Fastest Growing Business by the Charlotte Business Journal. When I'm not helping people buy, sell or invest in real estate, I can be found supporting my husband and two children with their passions & traveling. Kristin Dernosek with Cullen & Company is the most attentive Real Estate Agent we have ever had! She was thorough to a fault and kept up with so much that we couldn't have done on our own. While selling our house in 6 days, she also helped us with purchasing a new build, coming to all scheduled meetings with David Weekley and even came to the Design Center to help us make decisions that kept us within our budget. She is friendly, personable and professional and we couldn't have been happier with her.

Kristin Dernosek at Cullen & Co. is the absolute best and we love her endlessly! Not only is she a top tier realtor with expert knowledge in the south Charlotte area, she is also an impressive "boss lady" and person of integrity. She was amazingly helpful and patient in getting us into a home that would be the perfect fit for our family, even in a crazy market. When we were losing hope or becoming unfocused in our priorities, she brought us back and kept the faith that we would indeed find the home meant for us, all within the short time frame we had and within our budget. Just finding a home and having the offer accepted can be a frustrating and discouraging process. But Kristin continued to always provide solid advice when we were submitting offers, and remained confident throughout the process.
Once the offer was accepted, Kristin and her team were on top of the entire home buying process, from inspections to appraisals to closing documents. As stressful as it can be to buy a home, they made the process as easy as possible and we are endlessly appreciative for the entire Cullen & Co. team.
We highly recommend Kristin and her team for anyone that's looking at moving and purchasing a home. They care about their clients and strive to provide excellent service throughout the home buying process.

I was fortunate to connect with Heather Yaple last year when we began our search for our new home in Rock Hill. Heather not only secured a beautiful rental property for my family through her company but was ready to assist us in our search on day 1 when we relocated. She is extremely knowledgable of Rock Hill and all the surrounding communities. She listened to our wants and needs and dreams in our search for our new forever home. Within two months she found us our beautiful new home. Cullen and Co. is a full service company! We were assisted throughout our inspection and closing like clock work. Being new to the area the guidance and recommendations provided by Heather and her team were invaluable! 5 stars are not enough!!

I highly recommend Rebecca and her team at Cullen and Company! They take the time to listen to what you want and customize your home search to meet your specific needs/requirements. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She was available to talk on the phone anytime I had a question. She was also quick to respond to texts and emails. Rebecca is well educated on the home buying process and was very thorough when explaining the contract process with my husband and I when making an offer on a house.
Dusty helped us through the closing process and was wonderful. She sent detailed info via email explaining exactly what was required of us and even offered recommendations for services needed during and after closing. My husband and I are forever grateful to Cullen and Company for helping us find our dream home! :)
