RCD Capital LLC, specifically Mr. Steven Lee, is not just a broker out there to make money for them, but truly amazing how he does not waste time to help others like me, in the past 3 months he did get me approved for a DSCR Cash-Out Refinance Loans because due to Covid-19, I got 2 properties endangered to be foreclosed with foreclosure sale dates, it was breathtaking, but prayerfully, GOD moved miraculously and RCD Capital's strategies worked. I will recommend RCD Capital with 5 stars on the smooth, shortened process to a Cash Out Refinance.
1) RCD Capital has helped me SAVE from FORECLOSURE our 2nd Home
2) RCD Capital has helped me SAVE from FORECLOSURE our rental
I cannot thank RCD Capital enough for their efforts to help me even though these are not million dollar deals.

See the rental scheduled to be foreclosed on August 26, 2024 I was able to wire $70K yesterday to reinstate it - and I am current now!

I've used RCD Capital Mortage with Yumi Hong to buy a house and thanks to it I was able to successfully close the contract. The process was very fast and she was so friendly and offered the best rates. I am very happy to have a new home and I would recommend RCD Capital, Yumi Hong to everyone!

I've done several loans with RCD since 2017. Worked with both Steven Lee and Jonathan Surak. They offer tons of industry knowledge and years of experience. When I have questions or have a loan problem, it's answered and resolved quickly. RCD has been great to work with and I highly recommend their services.

Jonathan Surak at RCD Capital was absolutely wonderful to work with. He offered unique loan programs, and was able to get a difficult deal with extremely short timing requirements closed on time and exactly as planned. His attentiveness to the process and professional communication was very much appreciated. I recommend Jonathan and RCD Capital highly.

As Restaurant business owner of 5 years, i have had the worst luck in obtaining working capital from my own personal bank. I was very happy when I got hold of Steven, who was very professional and understood my situation, as he was very helpful in explaining programs to me that best fit my needs. Steven showed a great understanding, that my business cash flow was consistent, and rewarded my business by offering me a business loan, with an affordable payback option, and now I am a proud owner of 2 restaurant locations here in Los Angeles.
