About us
I'm a member of THE TEAM Real Estate Group brokerage. We are the largest real estate team in Gaylord, MI. My specialties are commercial & small multifamily units, but I also handle residential and vacant land. Experience: I have a hard work ethic and am attentive to deal. I have been in the real estate industry since 2016. I purchased by first investment property in 2016. I still own it today. I believe being an investor myself allows me to understand my client's needs better than most. My logical and objective when it comes to analyzing deals. This helps in setting up my clients for success. Real Estate Goals: I am part of the Fire (Financial Independence Retire Early) movement. Currently Seeking: I am actively seeking investors who would like to work with a great real estate agent that understands the market and can help find them great buys. It's really about my client's objectives. What is their why? What do they want? It's important to work with my clients to meet their goals. I enjoy working with all sorts of investors from beginners to experienced. I'm always learning and that's why I like this industry so much. Aaron Lawes was our realtor. We are from Indiana so it was a little harder to do things plus it was my first time purchasing land so I didn’t know all the steps or what to do. He made things so simple and held our hand all the way through the process. We fell in love with our property and unfortunately my banking institution threw us some curve balls but with me having Aaron in our corner it didn’t matter. If you are looking for a home or property I recommend you speak with Aaron Lawes! Thank you for your great hospitality Aaron!

When we decided to sell our house, we knew that we wanted to use a reputable company that not only could we trust but who could make the sale as quick, and hassle free as possible. After reading countless hours of reviews, Team Real Estate really stood out above the rest. With some of their listings selling in a matter of hours, we knew this was the powerhouse we were looking for. We decided to give them a shot and I'm so glad we did! To say Brian was accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient is truly an understatement. Not only did he go above and beyond for us multiple times throughout our experience, he even did so while on vacation. We had a few hiccups along the way that were of no fault of Team Real Estates but Brian and his team handled it before I even really had time to stress about it. I cannot thank this team enough for far exceeding our expectations and making this experience so quick and easy! Whether you're looking to buy or sell, these are your people! I started working with The Team back in 2016 when I purchased my first commercial property. I came back again in 2020 when I needed to sell my home and build a new BOCA home! And now I’m selling my commercial building and buying another one! Hannah Techel and her team have been there for me through all these transactions and I could not ask for a better Team of people. I absolutely love my new BOCA Heckaman home so much! Justin Reed was crucial in our buying our land and ordering our home. I can’t thank these folks enough!
