About us
I am an investor agent. I was an investor first and got my license right at the top of the 2008 crash. I started working with the out of state 'cash vultures' and have enjoyed a high volume business ever since (over 1200 closings). I've literally 'been around the block,' and bring priceless market knowledge to my clients. In 2021 I formed a small out-of-state investor focused team after moving to EXP Realty. The team systems and vendor network are set up to maximize profit and minimize effort for our clients. There's a lot of opportunity here right now, primarily anchored by the healthcare, academic and tech sectors. I am personally vested, so I appreciate the risks involved. Our approach is defined by transparency and strategic input; we put relationships before any immediate sale. My team and I are here to help our clients build wealth with real estate. I needed someone who could assist me with a single-family home investment property within the greater St. Louis market area since I was an out-of-town investor. Alicia took the time to meet with me and show me specific sub-market areas that would meet my investment criteria. I found Alicia to be extremely knowledgeable about the general real estate market, and more specifically, the market from an investor's perspective (i.e., required returns, cap rates, risk, etc.). Not only is Alicia familiar with values, she is a pro with contracts, negotiations, local government, Section 8, and a great source for general resources. Alicia also did a great job leading with the due diligence process. I would clearly recommend Alicia and I would definitely have Alicia represent me for additional investment assets. Alicia has a great sense of humor which is also a big plus!

This was our first time working with Alicia's team and our experience was great. Jennifer Loose walked us through the purchase of this investment property from start to finish. She was easily reachable and very knowledgeable about her market. She kept us updated every step of the way and shared video walk through of the home and neighborhood which was very helpful. She is very patient found out what our investment goals are and worked to help us reach them.
We're looking forward to working with her again soon.

Found Alicia via an Investor's forum. She and her team have been nothing but outstanding throughout the purchase and post purchase process. Being an out of state investor, I needed someone that understood my requirements and could trust in helping me build my portfolio in her local market. Her team has proven to be invaluable in guiding my selection to ensure I get the best value for my hard earned dollar!

We are out of state investors who were refer to Alicia and her team by our property manager. From the moment We spoke with Alicia to the moment of closing on our first property and beyond, we were so impressed with her work ethics. Alicia and her team have been a true blessing. They literally took us by the hand and guide us every step of the way. Being that this was an off market property and supposed to be a fast close we encounter many, many road blocks, bumps and dangerous curves but nothing that Alicia and her team would not have an answer or couldn't handle. Their communications, support and expertise is the best we could ask for. We are super happy we found her and therefore we strongly recommend her, Thank you so much Alicia!!!

I have being doing business with Alicia for over 15 years. She is honest, detail oriented, and gets the job done. She handles everything from beginning to end on all transactions. I have done thousands of deal in the St Louis area, and Alicia by far is the best agent out there. I would absolutely read her if you are looking to do any kind of real estate transaction.

Alicia has been an extreme help to my real estate business. She has been able to move hard-to-sell properties from me in the past, and I have consulted her several times for rehab projects. She has a great eye for design. I also shoot photos for houses she lists, and she does an amazing job getting everything together to sell premium product. I highly recommend her for real estate investors AND retail buyers and seller!

Alicia and her team were great! Being an out-of-state investor, she did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop on everything, and using a variety of tools and resources to make sure I always knew what was going on. The purchase went very smoothly and I'm very happy I was able to find Alicia.

Alicia is the best person to have in your corner when looking to buy a property. From single family homes to multi family units, her experience and expertise are essential to having a great buying experience. Alicia is responsive, knowledgeable, and has great connections. Even from half way across the country, she’s helping me solve problems other real estate agents are not familiar with. I have been working with her for years and would not go to anyone else!! I would definitely recommend Alicia if you’re in the market for a great realtor experience.
