I am a Real-estate broker in Miami, FL I enjoy helping friends and clients reach their income and lifestyle goals through real estate. 6 years ago I got started in real-estate with the BP podcast! I haven't looked back since I now advice and help many relationships grow their real estate portfolio with the alternative of doing Short Term Rentals under our STR management service. I am the organizer of a Airbnb Hosts S.FL hosting community of 1172 Members. Our goal is raise knowledge in the STR space with vetted speakers and providing a space for hosts, agents, managers, and enthusiasts to connect. My Experience: Throughout my real estate career I've rehabed townhouses and single family homes. I have done many off-market wholesale deals to investors. Rented high end ocean front condos and also your typical neighborhood condo. Lately, I have been far more involved in retail sales for long time friends who continue to grow their real estate holdings and clients who choose Miami as a destination for their second home.

Sebas is awesome! I’ve worked with him for the last 3 years. He helped me buy 2 investment properties (Airbnbs) and sell a flip as an agent. Very knowledgeable on vacation rentals—where to buy, where not. Highly recommend for anyone thinking of buying in Miami-Dade or Broward County in Florida, especially a short term rental!

Sebastian is a true expert in the south Florida real estate market. He managed a bunch of air Bnbs and had extensive insight into my first air Bnb purchase in ft. lauderdale. He has great connections with contacts as well so I was able to get quick quotes on various renovation projects. From there I was able to build an accurate rehab budget and forecast cash flows. Sebastian’s guidance and insight was key to the successful closing of my investment property.

Sebastian has been fantastic to work with. We’ve been doing Real Estate transactions for almost 15 years and he is hands down the most professional and responsive agent I have ever worked with. Sebastian is a true professional and expert in the South Florida real estate market, especially when it comes to Short Term Rental. I came down from NYC a couple years ago and I'm grateful we met. My family and I worked with Sebastian to close our first investment property in south Florida. From the very beginning Sebastian was very professional and diligent in every communication. We were in contract for almost 3 months for the property due to permit issues and Sebastian went above and beyond to communicate with all parties involved including the town to ensure a smooth closing process. He is very knowledgeable about the market especially for STR/investment properties and connected us with numerous resources to get our STR journey started.
