I am an Associate Real Estate Broker with eXp Realty in Southwest Florida, mostly covering/specializing in Residential Real Estate in the Cape Coral area. I work with a number of builders and sell a large amount of new construction every year. Great realtor. Met Dean through a search of homes in cape coral. He taught me all about cape coral ! He was no rush , explained every area in detail . I was amazed at the amount of time he spent with me. I did eventually buy a home and he was their every step of the way !
Even after the close he assisted with blind and fence companies. I highly recommend him.

Dean helped us buy a lot to build our home. Dean worked diligently, answered all our questions professionally, took pride in his work, and was always available to discuss anything. Dean even helped set us up with a builder, helped find a reputable bank, and truly went above and beyond to make our home building/lot purchase experience super easy and stress free.
