Mike and his wife were a fantastic real estate team to work with. I primarily worked with Mike who has a ton of experience house hacking, flipping, managing short and long-term rentals, and more.
He was able to help me find a property with a mother-in-law suite so I could do a short-term rental house hack as my first home purchase. He supported me through the rehab on the mother-in-law suite and has continued to be in my corner since closing to provide contractor referrals and answer any questions that have come up.
I highly recommend Mike if you're looking for a property in the Tampa Bay area!

Mike and Denay were absolutely amazing in helping us find our first investment property. They were so knowledgeable and a true expert in the field. they are so much more than just a "realtor" or an investor, they gave me a level of friendship I will appreciate for years to come. I can't wait to do more deals with them.
