Here is a written promise:  we are not going to sell you one of OUR properties.  Why would we?  Wealth is made on the keep, not to sell!  You can let go of the worries about being sold an overpriced ‘turnkey’ property, put money down to ‘be on a waiting list’ and skip altogether the whole hard sell awkwardness.

True real estate investing is rarely that easy.  You are going to get real deals, by real sellers, in a live market, and you will have to crunch your numbers to see if they work.   If you make mistakes:  GOOD! You either Loose or you Learn.  Notice that you will never make those mistakes again.    

Also, since we are making promises, here is another one:  we won’t offer property management.  Not that we can’t manage properties, we collectively own tons of them!  The reality is that there are local companies that EXCEL at property management.  There are tons of companies that are very good at management but poor at finding you deals.  We believe are in the opposite spectrum:  we EXCEL at being a trusted, proactive Real Estate advisors who help our clients find what they need and are at best mediocre at managing properties.  We’ll stick to being the REALTORS and be brutally honest who we trust to be the property manager.  Our business model is NOT built in keeping you as a landlord, our business model is that you will be so happy with the deal you bought you’ll buy again from us in the future.  (Proof I walk the talk: I don’t even manage my own rental portfolio!)
