Unresponsive to storm damage. M.I.A. no return communication. Tree fell at 6523 S Himes Ave Tampa from backyard into neighbor's yard during storm Debby. Aug 6 Spoke with neighbor whose tree fell in our backyard. He said he was trying to contact his rental agency Copeland Morgan. August 9 he called to tell me he had not had any communication from them.

Rented a 2 bedroom apartment. It was my first experience renting. The place was beautiful and they did a great job on managing repairs. There were times that things could take a bit of a while to be fixed but, majority of the time they were very responsive, they did a great job maintaining the property and communicating. If I didn’t need more space I would’ve absolutely stayed.
