Absolutely love the Miguel Maria Team! They were very professional, quick to respond, and always made me feel like a priority. We even ran into some issue and the MM team handled everything for us, all we had to do was sit back and let them handle it. They took the stress out of the home sell. Miguel was able to price our home in Homestead accordingly and got us an offer we accepted within 72 hours. Can’t thank them enough for the great job they did!

Hi,
I had the opportunity of working with Miguel Maria and his team to sell a house in Miramar-Pines area. I live out of town and wanted to work with an agent who was good at communication, kept me well informed of the happenings and ensured that the house was safe and secure with all the different people visiting it. While my 1st contact with Miguel was on the phone, I did get to meet him as well as it was important for me to see who I was working with.
From the beginning to the end Miguel was hands on, honest and kept it real. He and his team always were timely in their response both on chat and email. Every question, I asked received an answer by either him or 1 of his team members. While the calls were few, Miguel answered and ensured that he addressed the topic.
He and his team also took care of some small work that needed to be addressed at the house. I very much appreciated this as moving to a new city, to a new house, selling an existing house and focusing on work is all a lot to deal with.
The house was sold at a good price and within a range that Miguel had estimated.
Miguel and team made the whole process as simple and easy as possible.
Thank you Miguel for helping and guiding me sell the house. Thank you Miguel Maria team for being timely in your responses and ensuring that everything was done right.
