I always have a healthy distrust of anyone who stands to profit from something that I buy or sell, and in general have been fairly unimpressed with most real estate agents that I've worked with over the years. That is until I started working with Jaylan Archer. I have worked with Jaylan over the last 6 months trying to find a historic property on larger acreage that can be used for agricultural purposes as well as a primary residence. We have looked at many properties together and I've been impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, punctuality, communication and he is not afraid to say what he truly believes even if it's not in his best interest (for example, I asked him point blank at the end of many months of looking for properties if I should buy any of the ones we had seen versus keep the farm I currently have and without hesitation his recommendation was to keep my current Farm even though this would mean him losing out on $60,000 in commissions from the sale of my property). I find it's a rare real estate agent indeed that is willing to put his clients best interests in front of his financial interests. After looking at a multitude of properties over the last many months, I can say with confidence that Jaylan is a true real estate professional, not just a salesperson and he will be the only agent I use when I sell some building lots off of my property, I will be hiring him to help find a tenant for my guest space and when the time comes for me to sell this property he will be the one listing it. I would encourage anyone to reach out to him and interview him for yourself as I believe you would be hard-pressed to find a better real estate agent
