I've personally invested in Real Estate for over 25 years and have mentored, coached & consulted with dozens of new & seasoned investors during that time. I understand the value of & how critical it is to have someone come along side you to assist in getting started as well as continuing with you to build your own personal Real Estate empire. I have an extensive network of tradespeople, lenders, 1031 custodians, title, insurance, etc. that i'm happy to share to make the most of your Real Estate investing future! Over the years, I've been involved in numerous aspects of real estate including: -building spec and custom homes -rehabbing (flipping) -buy and hold SFHs & Multi-Unit (rentals) -financing (owner-financing, land contracts, lease option/purchases, rent to own, etc) -1031 exchanges -tax-lien properties -bank owned properties -short sales, wholesaling -investing using self-directed IRAs -land/lot subdivision -mobile homes and mobile home communities -Trustee Sale properties (foreclosures at the courthouse steps). I can not say enough good things about John Kelly! He worked tirelessly day and night for us to get our house sold. He was there every step of the way through a very long and tricky process he was always there to answer our questions and give us insight at everything we encountered. I am so thankful we found him and couldn’t have done this without him and his wealth of knowledge of the real estate business, he went above and beyond for us from the moment we met him. I would recommend him ten fold to anyone from first time buyers to experienced investors. He is truly a gem

John Kelly and his Team were a pleasure to work with when I decided to sell my house. They helped me identify some problem areas and helped me get them fixed. Then they took some absolutely beautiful pictures of my house. I was on a time crunch and with their help I was able to quickly get my house prepared and then sold.

Mr. Kelly is an excellent realtor, especially for those aspiring to become professional investors. He provided top of the line mentorship as well as guidance on purchasing my first property. He is not afraid to give you his thoughts on a property straight and guide you in the right direction.
Without ever meeting in person, Mr. Kelly would consistently teach me over the phone on picking the right area, risk assessment, the process of purchasing a house, and so on. After about three months of monitoring the MLS and running analysis on many different properties by him, I was eventually able to pull the trigger on a cash flowing property.
I would highly recommend Mr. Kelly to anyone looking to move or invest in the Chattanooga area.

John did an incredible job helping us find a house. He worked hard and spent a lot of hours helping us during a time when there were not many houses on the market. His knowledge of construction and remodeling were very helpful, and he made the process very easy. I highly recommend him!

John had been helping us look for a Home. We found this house and called John around noon on a Friday. By 8:30 pm the house was ours. He was as excited for us as we were. He kept us up to date on every conversation until the sale was done. He is very professional in every angle. Thank you so much John for all your help.
