Julia was not only an excellent realtor but also an amazing person. She was always there for me no matter what. Even if I needed to cry she would listen and help me through the selling process from beginning to end. I knew I could count on her to be there to answer my questions and for support. I recommend her highly!!

We had Matt as our realtor and I must say I was heavily impressed. His communication skills were excellent, knowledge of the area were spectacular, and the available contacts he had to answers questions on the fly were above standards. We found a wonderful home in a better price point than expected because of him and his negotiation skills. 10/10 recommend him and when we are ready to look for another property, he will be only person I want to work with.

Julia was truly a pleasure to work with. My boyfriend and I recently bought our first home together from out of state and she made the process as smooth as it could possibly be for us. From beginning to end, she was amazing. Julia helped ease any worries we might have had. She was very thorough in explaining the steps of the process, was knowledgeable of any questions we had, and gave us updates in a very timely manner. I would recommend Julia to anyone looking for a realtor in the Little Rock area!!

Julia was amazing from beginning to end! We just closed on our first home, and had zero idea how the whole process started when we first reached out in February. Shes always available to answer any questions, helped to ease our concerns and offered advice and guidance when we needed it. We are so grateful for her help throughout the entire process. It was a lot to have to do and take in, but she helped to make things easy and run smoothly, handling everything in the background, and always keeping us informed, so we knew what step we were at at all times, and now we're getting to sleep in our very own home!
