My wife and I would like to personally thank our realtor Matthew Ferrell for his kindness, guidance, and patience with helping us find our home. We’ve been looking for a home since 2022 and didn’t catch a break until late 2024 when we were fortunate enough to meet Matt. We walked through numerous homes until we found our dream home. I literally would send Matt 30 houses at a time at ANY TIME OF THE DAY! that’s why I mentioned above how kind and patient he was with us lol. Being that we’re first time homeowners he gave us the tools and knowledge to know what exactly we needed and had to do to make our dream home a reality. Julia was amazing from beginning to end! We just closed on our first home, and had zero idea how the whole process started when we first reached out in February. Shes always available to answer any questions, helped to ease our concerns and offered advice and guidance when we needed it. We are so grateful for her help throughout the entire process. It was a lot to have to do and take in, but she helped to make things easy and run smoothly, handling everything in the background, and always keeping us informed, so we knew what step we were at at all times, and now we're getting to sleep in our very own home!
