Absolutely pathetic! They are the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with in 25 years of renting They don’t reply when you need something. They don’t help out when your fellow neighbor who lives in the same building constantly lets their dog poop in your yard. They have done nothing to help that situation. I truly believe any good reviews have come from themselves. I truly believe that nobody could ever give this property management company over one star.

I just moved into hornberger home. I have met so many team members and know a handful by name already. They made extreme efforts to making my move in process easy, including answering my questions in a timely manner, helping me find a place affordable for my needs, and over all having compassion for people. I really enjoy living in a property that is managed by Hornberger. That are incredibly responsive when you reach out with questions or concerns. They take upgrading the property as well as the safety of our community very serious. They are hands on in their approach, super flexible when necessary and really professional in every interaction I've ever had with them. Chloe McKinnie, in particular, is a real gem to interact with. When they make sure employ quality people, that is felt by us tenants. I highly recommend them. If I ever chose to move away from my current apt, I will absolutely consider other hornberger managed properties first.

A friend of mine asked me if I could be at her home during a home inspection because she had to work and wanted someone there. A gentleman named Jeff came by to do the walk through. He made it a very enjoyable and stress free experience. He was very personable, and kept me updated on what he was doing and why.
