Cathy Dimiro at Backflip consistently is terrific!!! She consistently goes above and beyond. She listens, problem solves quickly and makes stuff happen with expediency. She is making my rehab work more possible!!

I'm currently funded through Backflip for a project I'm working on. Here's my experience: The app is okay, but I wouldn't rely on its property analysis. The ARV (After Repair Value) for my property, in particular, was way off. While the app has a bug or two, they aren't deal-breakers. Initially, customer service was amazing, but that changed after I was locked into the deal. I would currently give customer service a thumbs down due to their condescending responses and the difficulty of navigating their process. They claim to be the best app for beginning entrepreneurs, but this is my third hard money loan, and I don't see anything special about them, except that their process is confusing and lacks clear guidance. I've closed in 7 days with another lender before, and they were very helpful, making the process simple and straightforward. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about Backflip. With that being said, I would probably never use their services again unless I see significant improvements.

The entire company is a scam! It doesn't even exist. Avoid the scamming scumbags at all costs.

Jamilyin Robinson is amazing, and I can tell she genuinely cares. Answered all my questions in a fast and timely manner. I will definitely refer anyone to this app going forward.

Love the app and loan application integration. Definitely will ve using this app for my future acquisitions.

Love the free app, the access to comps and the service of the lending team. The Backflip community is great!

Very nice app…questionable customer service. Wanted to call to confirm if they service my state. No phone # could be found online or in the app, so I submitted a Contact Us form and scheduled a call back appointment. An hour before the mtg I received an email from a rep saying “looking forward to speaking to you shortly”. The appointment time came and went and no one contacted me. I emailed the guy (Antonio) on my appt confirmation email and no response. The next day I got a voicemail that just said “call me or text me back”. I texted back…again no answer. What a waste of such a promising app. If they are this hard to communicate with now, I can’t imagine how difficult it would be during a reno and draw requests.

Liroy and the entire Backflip team are incredible! Great group to work with, transparent and truly support their clients with quick processing.
