Everyone we have dealt with was awesome! Smooth process all digital which helped due to distance from where we live and moving to.. nice modern new build great prices .. Fernanda worked hard to make the process painless .. always available on the phone or via text ..

This Business is seriously professional. I am the father of 2 and husband and I moved all the way from Michigan to the Orlando area for work with a strict budget and did not have the funds to fly down for a tour. They offered me a FaceTime tour and they did not false advertise. I’ve never seen a listing look the same in person as it did on the listing photos. If you have the pleasure of working with Fernanda, you are in luck. She is extremely well communicated and keeps you up to date on anything you need done on your end to have everything ready for the day you move in. They were even flexible on the move in date when my plans changed last minute. I wish I had a better way to express my gratitude for everyone involved. Highly recommend using a trustworthy company like this if you are planning on moving from out of state and worried about not being able to trust whoever you are talking to or worried about being scammed. Thank you again.

My wife and I decided to move to the Kissimmee area and found this amazing property operated by Fernanda and her team at My New Rental. She was awesome from day one and made the process of acquiring our first home a seamless experience. She’s very responsive polite, understanding and I definitely recommend working with the company to acquire one of their beautiful homes.

It was a pleasure living in the town homes on Cordona Dr. great neighbors, very quiet, super spacious and private. Beautiful clean interior, modern, along with great natural lighting. It was a pleasure working with Fernanda and her team. Any time I needed maintenance on something they always arrive quickly and got the job done. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Fernanda has been absolutely amazing in getting us our dream rental! We viewed the home and instantly fell in love! The whole approval process took less than 24 hours and it was so simple. I highly recommend this company for a beautiful home with an amazing property management team.

Nice two story townhouse unit with modern and updated features including a full kitchen with newer appliances and double sink. It has 2 assigned parking spaces, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a tray ceiling in the master bedroom. All rooms also come with ceiling fans and an included light. I lived here and worked remotely for a little over two years and would recommend living here for a family or couple as most of all the communication with the landlord can be easily handled through the designated portal or is only a phone call away. Including payment of your monthly rent which is handled electronically.
