I work with only a few clients at a time. This ensures my clients receive the care they deserve. Investing in or selling a property is a major decision you put a lot of thought into. I believe you deserve to work with a professional Realtor® who genuinely cares about your goals. If you want to be just another transaction for the “top producing” agent or largest company in town, I’m not the best Realtor® for you. I believe being a great Realtor® is more than producing the most transactions. I measure success in a more profound way. Clearly, financial goals are critical, but other values need to be considered too. Measuring success includes values such as integrity, effective communication and prioritizing clients' goals! I've known Bill for years. When I wanted to buy a home, Bill was my first choice. I was looking for a home to be close to work and had a very specific budget in mind. We looked at several houses and condo’s in my price range but I didn’t love any of them. Eventually, we found a new construction townhome. I didn’t know it was possible, but it worked out! Now I own a brand new townhome in Reno very close to work.

We wanted a larger, 5 bedroom house for our family and did not want to have to change the kids schools. It took several months of looking but eventually Bill helped us find a great home for our family and the kids did not have to change schools. Bill really stayed on top of things the whole time. I absolutely recommend calling Bill if you need a realtor.
