We stayed at Pinewood Sanctuary in Colorado Springs. The rental was new, perfectly appointed and the owners provided snacks as well as drinks to welcome us there. The rental is spacious and even the sleeper sofa was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute home. It’s the perfect size for 3-4 people. This home was very clean and the beds were comfortable with crisp white linens. We felt very welcomed and appreciated the host checking in with me via text to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is nicely located to many restaurants and good, safe places to walk. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

Jacob sold me my investment home that he owned and flipped. After moving in we noticed the quality of workmanship done on the house was poor. In just a few months the newly installed primary shower began leaking with water running down to the lower bathroom. Three contractors that looked at the shower told me that the shower was installed incorrectly and needed to be replaced. I contacted Jacob, thinking that a new shower should have some kind of warranty. Jacob refuses to take any responsibility for the repair, and damages done to the lower bathroom, leaving me with a bill of over $8,000 to replace the shower he installed. I expect more integrity from a realtor and person who manages other peoples investment properties.
