The best there is. We spoke with numerous realtors before finding Troy. Some were good, but Troy was GREAT. His knowledge of the areas, responsiveness, and transparency was bar none. Troy would go wherever, whenever for us and was never pushy. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I had the pleasure of using Troy as our relator for our move to Charleston. We were looking for a very specific property and were doing so from a distance, making our search challenging. However, Troy was absolutely amazing in this process. He was timely, responsive, honest and genuine. He understood our housing needs and really worked to find a property that would fit our goals, not at all pushy to sell which we greatly appreciated. Troy has not only been extremely helpful during our house search, but has been instrumental after our closing, guiding us to reliable companies such as flooring repair companies, contractors, etc. He is someone who we are really grateful to have met during our housing journey. I have only the best things to say about Troy!! Highly recommend!

Troy is really fantastic to work with, one of my favorite people I’ve met in Charleston! During the home buying process with him, he's in your corner the entire time and has a great, nuanced understanding of every area and suburb in every city near CHS. I can't imagine buying without having someone as locally knowledgeable like him, have told every one of my friends to work with him, and will 100% use him again in the future.

Troy is fantastic! We moved to SC from the Northeast. Because of Troy's dedication and hard work - research, knowledge, video chats - we were able to purchase our new home sight unseen. His dedication was evident from the beginning of our search through the closing. In addition, he continues to follow up with us even now and is an endless source of referrals, suggestions and support. Couldn't be happier or recommend him more highly.

Troy / Maven Realty are fantastic! I have worked with him on multiple deals and he's honest, fast moving and a great sounding board as you close your real estate deals. He also has a great network of folks he knows in Charleston who can help you with other aspects of your RE transaction. Really a great one stop shop. Finally - he's also great for off market finds.
