I came across Eric and his company 15 years ago when we were looking at purchasing our first investment property in the US. At the time, we were not sure whether we wanted to invest in Las Vegas or other states, but he explained to us that Vegas was one of the best places to invest (low property taxes, great price appreciation, favorable laws for renting, etc…) which convinced us to focus on Las Vegas.
