We have been renting from EPOC for almost 2 years. We had issues with our bank, causing a return ed payment for the first time. We were freaking out, but our contact, Abraham Perez, was extremely understanding, and worked with us to get it resolved. We are extremely thankful since this is the one expense we do not want to mess up!

We were approved very fast and easy! They have us a ton of information on top of the questions we had. They were even able to move us in a little early. Thank you Cesar and Mariana for helping us through this so far!
It's been about 4 days since I've posted this. We were rushed to give a good review. Well we said yes to moving in early all to find out the extra $200 we paid for them to clean the attic in the garage, the house, pick up the broken glass and mow the yard. They've only cleaned the house. Attic is still full of stuff that isn't ours, they still haven't mowed and today was the official move in day. Plus I had to hold on to my son because obviously there was still broken glass in the backyard since they didn't mow. So we sent a message, they were quick to respond but now that it's officially our move in day, they don't want to respond about why they haven't mowed. I'd like half the money back if it's not gonna get done. Once we get our needs met for what we paid for, I will fix my review.
