I found Paul while reading through forums on the Bigger Pockets website. He was such a prevalent contributor, I felt like he’d be a great partner in my search for my first multifamily property (and first property in general). Boy was I right. He helped me every step of the way. Offering great advice and insight from his own experience and from that of other clients. He partnered me up with other service providers from his network (lenders, inspectors, attorneys) that allowed me to do a more thorough search for the right team. Paul was a fantastic agent for my fiancée and I as we made our move up from Kansas City to Chicago. We initially were looking at multi families but later pivoted to condos last minute. He provided excellent service all around, from quick communication and response to in depth CMAs on potential properties. We look forward to working with him again in the future when we aim for a Multifamily!

I was referred to Paul from a friend and glad I was .
He was always available for consultation and gave me great advice, I was given a portfolio with up to date houses available that I was interested in .
When I did find a house, the process was smooth and he was on top of it all.
Only thing I gotta recommend to all new buyers is to get a sewer(drain) inspection.
Overall great experience with Paul de Luca.

Paul worked well on our team to find a multifamily investment property as a house-hack. He went out of his way many times in showing properties to accommodate our hectic schedules and was consistently on time and ready to go when we arrived at the property.
Given the hot RE market, Paul worked into the evening several times to run comparative analyses for us on properties of interest to achieve the quick turnaround necessary for offers. He provided prompt and effective feedback on properties we found on our own and was quick to get us into the property as soon as possible to view it.
We would recommend Paul and his company eXp Realty for RE investment!
