I have now closed 2 deals with the hard money co, one last year in December and one early this week! These guys are awesome, they do allow 2nd position Liens allowing for you to put 0 dollars into the deal if you have a gap funder. Or my most recent deal I just paid the cash out of pocket, very low down payments on investment properties especially when you are a repeat borrower! Did I mention my credit was around 500 both times I closed. These guys are awesome and I recommend them to all of my friends! I have worked with I believe his name was max & melanie on the first one and Jacob Nelson & nick reddy on this one! Can’t say enough great things. We have started rolling hard on this project and look forward to getting it completed, Scott thanks a lot man

We switched to the Hard Money company from our previous lenders, because we wanted to see if they were a better fit for us. Steve and his whole team have been amazing throughout the whole process, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They are always assessable and very upfront about how their lending process works. Needless to say we only had to put down half the upfront money with them then we did it with our previous lender, which helps us to stay liquid throughout the process. hopefully, we are able to build a long-standing relationship with them going forward.

First time getting a hard money loan, Steve Traub and Jacob Nelson were great in helping me. Steve called to check in on me a few times and answered all of my questions, even the ones I felt dumb for asking. So did Jacob. I very much appreciate all the help and the process was much simpler than anticipated.
