The 2 guys that they sent out went above and beyond to fix my repair compared to the first guy that came out to do it. They knew what they was doing they got the job done looks very good even cleaned up their mess after they got done made sure I was able to get in and out the door with no problem especially my granddaughter with the key. keep up the good work

I've been at my apartment now in the 3rd year. There has been a few property management groups in that time, but the interactions with LREI maintenance crew has always been easy. They are helpful, professional and quick to respond. Muhammad, who I believe heads that group, is a pleasure and is always reasonable. Knowing he is there to speak with regarding any issue makes the renting life easier to live. The 4 stars is for Muhammad and his crew as he just assisted me with an issue that was deemed urgent. No complaints for that side of LREI and I'll repost this to 5 stars once everything we discussed has been resolved.

I recently had a water main break in the vacant apartment next to mine. I called LREI after hours in a panic and THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY ‼️ They came stopped the leak and had a professional cleaner and water extraction company come in the same night. AL the maintenance guy was here to save the day on a late Saturday night. Initially I was worried LREI wasn’t able to manage all the properties they recently acquired but they have worked out the kinks and have been very responsive to my maintenance requests and any other concerns I’ve had. I’m very appreciative for them. To the lady who expedited my water leak emergency, who was clearly enjoying her family time, (I could hear her family in the background) thank you for taking out the time for me 💁🏾‍♀️‼️ And for AL who may still be fighting water leaks around the city I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU ‼️‼️‼️
