After decades of real estate management and investing, Nexus decided to offer our expertise and services to other property owners and since inception have franchised our business model. Our Worcester office assists property owners in Worcester Massachusetts, Shrewsbury, Millbury, Auburn, Holden, Leicester, Grafton and surrounding areas. Nexus Property Management® brings years of experience. With practices and procedures perfected over time. We are able to increase equity for our clients while simultaneously providing great service to our tenants. This efficiency allows us to provide a better experience for tenants and owners than many companies who don’t invest themselves or lack the many years of experience. Most real estate companies are primarily brokerages and focus on sales, with property management often being a small side business for them if they even offer it. Because we are property owners ourselves and manage hundreds of units for many years, we bring an eye for detail with a foresight to handle potential problems and issues, many times before they arise. I did apply online on October 22. I paid the fee, and no one called me back within 24 hours. They were quick to take the fee of $25 each. I paid for my son and me. I called after 2 days, and he asked me 3 questions and told me to continue looking on the site until an apartment becomes available. Still haven't received my refund as Nexus property management said. Where in December 3 still waiting on refund.

This is my first experience with Nexus and I am thoroughly impressed. I have been working with Nicolas Puerto, who has been absolutely outstanding. Fast responses to questions and his flexibility in working around my schedule has made the whole process of renting a home far less stressful. I highly recommend this organization.

Current client of Nexus Worcester — I started with the Rent4U program (a la carte tenant fills for vacant units), and was so impressed that I took them on full-time less than 6 months later. Since then Nick, Jesse and Jim were able to solve some complicated problems for me and did a great job managing my portfolio.

Amazing service! Clients I refer to Nexus are over the moon, not only their expertise in the field, but also taking time out of their day to consult with Landlords about what to address in vacant units, but also getting them top dollar for the apartments. I’ve tried to link up with over 15+ property management companies, but Nexus was by far the most transparent (prices are even on their website) and honest about everything they do. I am lucky to be able to work with Nexus.

We have dealt with many property management companies over the years and Jesse and his team at Nexus stand leagues above the rest. They have the urgency and attention to detail that is required to bring an investment portfolio to the next level and make it possible for owners to truly step away from landlording. I can't recommend them enough.

Jesse and the whole crew are awesome! I been working with Nexus for a year and I am happy with all the work they have done so far in managing my property. Jesse is fast in responding to the tenants if there is any problem and he will try to address the issue asap.
We have all units rented which is great, Nick and Jesse took care of finding the right tenants and take care of all the paperwork. Highly recommended to hire Nexus to manage your property!

Jesse's been successful as a property owner and as an investor. For him to now be running his own property management company makes him a rare expert on both ends. I can't think of a better situation if I'm a property owner looking for a trustworthy manager. Add that to the success Nexus has had throughout New England and there's no doubt that Jesse's team is the one for the job.
