Been renting with golden west 3 years the maintenance request were handled promptly. My dishwasher and washing machine dryer were quickly replaced as well as outside sprinkler issues and garage door . Andrea was my contact and handle my question promptly and was pleasant to work with. When it came to HOA they let me know any issues and I quickly resolved them (New HOA management)

My mom and I did all the move out things, we paid for someone to clean the house, someone to fix the yard. We left it in better condition than what we received. And all we got back? $20 that they’re not even willing to send via mail even though that was the delivery method I chose when they initially asked. I didn’t have any problems with GWM, not even after my mom told them that we caught the owner stalking us (he followed my mom) and they didn’t do anything. It was so annoying that they only gave us $20 of our security deposit.
