Thank you Keyrenter (West Seattle) for the amazing customer service and care. Cliff and Juan ensured speed of service through the process - touring sites, application process, and move in. As any new beginning, it can be uncertain and you have many questions and I asked many…the team was motivated to jump in and inform/solve with urgency. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their support in helping me find a new place to call home. Cheers Cliff, Juan, and Keyrenter Team!

Great experience all around, all of their property managers are very professional, I would recommend them to anyone that owns any property and cannot take care of it on their own. I had the pleasure of working with Cliff. He is always receptive, energetic, and he is more than willing to help with any situation that comes up. I can tell that he takes property management seriously! I have also let friends and family know about this business, it is refreshing to work with a company that actually treats our property like their own.

Poor service and wasted time! Keyrenter West Seattle Came to me through a personal reference so I gave them an honest chance to win my business to manage my condominium. Cliff Hack the owner of this West Seattle based franchise welcomed me to have my lawyer review the property rental management agreement, contract, and after I did so with a few very minor edits, Cliff told me to find another property management company! So he gets one star for wasting my time, weeks of back-and-forth, and $1200 on my lawyers, fees, and my apartment remains unrented and is costing me money every day it’s not rented! So I’ve essentially wasted an entire month and thousands of dollars trying to work in good faith with this company. Buyer beware!

Cliff, the owner of Keyrenter West Seattle, is such a trustworthy, efficient and resourceful property manager! He is easy to work with, even to someone who is a perfectionist like me with a high standard. It’s our first time renting out our property. So, my husband and I had a lot to learn. Cliff was very patient with us on answering questions, responding to requests, taking care of all the steps to get our property ready in the right shape and then rent out to high-quality tenants. Oftentimes he takes an extra mile for the best outcome by working diligently at weekends or checking things out to make sure. We are impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, and initiation to get things done. I highly recommend him and Keyrenter West Seattle.
