About us
homebldr is a real estate fintech company providing real estate investors with financing and technology aimed at maximizing returns and building long-term relationships. Our financing products include fix & flip loans (at up to 100% LTC), rental loans (DSCR options up to 85% LTV), new construction loans (at up to 95% LTC), and multifamily loans (from 5 - 100 units). Our mission is to make identifying and obtaining the best financing terms possible as quick and easy as possible. We have no minimum credit score, loan amount, or experience threshold which allows us to provide terms for nearly every deal that we come across. We are continuously building and improving technology products that support the financing process and make investors' lives easier. Homebldr was amazing. Adam and Brad were the best to work with. They gave us the best rates compared to other lenders. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. They were so easy to get in touch with. We would even receive emails in the evenings and on weekends and on holidays to keep the process going to reach our goal for a short closing date. We would absolutely work with Homebldr again and plan to do so on our next deal. We had such a great experience working with them!

Adam and Brad have been transparent and supportive for us as investors walking through a difficult case. They have been patient in explaining the process and what to expect.
They have been again thoughtful and generous with their time. I’m careful with whom I do business with and I will be a return customer hopefully soon here.
