I’ve had a great experience working with Kayla George at Renters Warehouse. After some initial challenges with the previous agent, Kayla stepped in and has been extremely helpful and professional. She has guided us through the lease renewal process with ease and has consistently provided excellent support over the past year. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a reliable and dedicated rental agent.

Nightmare trying to get their maintenance staff on site to repair things. I've been ghosted several times and have wasted countless hours with them. Moreover, I've had a very poor experience trying to get my security deposit back.

As a current tenant, I am highly dissappointed with the way a work order has been handled for us. It's been open for 2 years and has yet to be resolved. As of late I've left several voicemails regarding the issue, and all have been ignored with no response from staff. I reached out via the portal and my request was closed as a duplicate, again, with no communication or explaination as to an update. What a terrible way to treat Residents!

The process in which a new home is found can be daunting. Erin Kirkendall was so helpful and encouraging. Always a bright smile and a positive attitude. She knew that I was a bit overwhelmed. She kept me informed and walked me through each step. When I received the 'all clear' email and phone call, she made sure I was able to get the good news immediately. Whew😎. I am grateful and relieved and will recommend Renters Warehouse 100%.

Renter’s Warehouse did not disapoint! This is our second property that they will be managing for us. Erin Kirkendal has given us great service from assessing our property and rent potential to working with our schedule (My wife and I both work night shift) for viewings. Everything went smoothely! It did Not take a week and we now have a signed contract for our tenants! A1 service all the way. I highly recommend Erin and Renter’s Warehouse for those planning to have their properties rented for a hassle and headache free experience.

Just a little over a month ago, I was on the phone with Rocelyn Ugbos of Renter's Warehouse, and she helped me in regards to an incorrect late fee that had been applied to my account. She assured me that everything was fine and that I'd be able to talk to another representative about having it adjusted so that the fee would be waived, since we'd already paid the agreed rent on our lease. It made me feel so relieved after initially being worried since there had been other fees and rent adjustments I'd been worrying about before.

I am so grateful and pleased with the service I received from Erin @ Renters Warehouse. We found a house that we immediately fell in love with but the owners were skeptical because of our credit (we are working on it)! Erin really advocated for us and pushed our stellar rental history and on time payment history! The landlords gave us a chance and we were able to rent our dream home!!

STAY CLEAR! Company is unprofessional and incompetent. I should have known by day one. I let the small red flags go for years until my tenant finally contacted me. Although I had shared my information with tenant, he had received my information from a renters warehouse employee by accident. I was then contacted by renters warehouse with urgency to not take any phone calls from my tenant. I then woke up to a voicemail from my tenant complaining about plumbing issues and that renters warehouse claimed they were waiting for ME to respond when I was completely unaware of issue. After further investigation, I found out they had been harassing my tenant every single month for years about his payment being late, charging him late fees and even have sent letters threatening to evict. ALL without my knowledge or consent. My tenant is a disabled retired veteran and I am absolutely disgusted by the way he was treated. I immediately fired renters warehouse and have since received my tenants payment a week early every month. It is now tax season and I do not have any tax forms from renters warehouse as they only gave electronic version and because I am no longer a client, I no longer have access to pull document. This company should be shut down immediately. UPDATE since I’m unable to reply to Renters Warehouse’s response below: I’ve dealt with your customer service line already when issue first occurred. You were of no help. I am not one to post a bad review without trying to find a solution with management first. Your management did absolutely nothing, other than charge me an early cancellation fee. Your employees are the face of your company. Raise your standards for the people you employ.
