The tech Jason does a great job a couple of minor things had to be done but he definitely got the job done thanks Jason. Sherwin thank you for being there as well you always have a solution for any problems I have quick responses little to no wait on repairs needed thank you Sherwin

Charge way too much for rent. (1900 3 bed 1 bath) Moved in air conditioner doesn't work for 6 weeks. The owner got upset and told me he was firing true home and to not pay them. To wait for further instructions. They charged me a late fee. The owner changed his mind and the late fees still had to stick. I kept fighting the late fees while paying my rent. and they kept charging me a late fee for being late. Then they kept puting notices on the door instead of emailing them. And charging $100 for that everytime. They do random inspections and videotape your house. 4 months after you move in! After 4 months they start adding crazy fees to almost 1000 From august to December they charged me 1000 in fees . they won't accept my rent (1900) because of these extra fees and now they are filling an eviction....Scam company. Immigrant ran. Money hungry. Entrapment. Scam beware! Do not rent with them.

I live in this apartment for over 18 years 19 years. These people come in at the four months take over since bye to your house your apartment to see what your apartment look like don’t update nothing to never update. Nothing up. The rent added extra $40 on it for whatever reason they never said why, I move out not high maintenance building not worth the money. OK rent paid on time. Never had a problem with that. Had a problem with these people. The biggest issue was I never had with them never had. Because the person that I dealt with recently. These people come in after 18 years more money that’s what they want move then I get more money out of me because the apartments ain’t worth the money. Tell me why I never had a problem now they eat up the whole Deposit because they that Patty and that greedy after money OK $475 is what they took Give me never didn’t give me receipt to show me that I owe this kind of money, but I’m not done with them yet. They think it’s so it’s not over. pretty much they might kept the lease because I’m taking them the court they think it’s over it’s not over they gonna prove to me that I owe them $475 but nothing I didn’t even have a lease with these people. They never even know what department look like before I moved in there, but yet they come in there and try to take my whole money, don’t owe him. Nothing always paid on time. I don’t owe nobody. Nothing don’t owe these people. Nothing don’t even know about this is why I move because I did not like them maintenance department. You moving this building anywhere but these people name on it just not don’t

I had an issue with my heat, and the property management team resolved it within 24 hours of my request. Sherwin was great to work with on this, and overall, all of my questions have always been answered promptly by the team. Excellent service so far

True home handled the issue with my roof perfectly when a tree fell and damaged it. They fixed it very quickly. They were very responsive the entire time and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. True home is fantastic to rent from.

Before I scheduled a tour of a home I came to check out the reviews and was excited. However, I arrived to a home that is supposed to be move in ready and it was far from it ! That’s why after reading and clicking through many reviews I have reasons to believe most of the reviews are fake. Nonetheless, the shower head and pipe was sticking out the wall, the kitchen cabinets were broke and barely attached to open and shut, the refrigerator was very old and outdated with mold everywhere inside, and there was a huge rat trap in one of the bedrooms up stairs. There was also many openings in closets that was boarded up with wood, but not boarded up well you can see the many openings into the wall. I gave a one star because there is no way this house is ready to rent especially for the amount of rent they want monthly. For someone to think that this property is ready to rent is insane with the current conditions it’s in. I dont know anyone who is willing to move into a home that knowingly has mice. If this property management/landlord think this is okay to rent I could only imagine what it’s like when tenants have actual maintenance request to complete. I say this because the problems are minor and easy fixes and if it can’t be fixed prior to a showing this is a very bad impression for the company and landlord ! I attached the few pictures I did take ! I hope they do the right thing and fix this property up!
