Just the thought of house hunting makes me want to cry but with Blue Print it has been a breeze. The entire process was stress free. It was so easy to set up a tour to view the property. The application process wasn't long and drawn out. Everyone I spoke with was professional. The contact was superb. Whether by email, text or phone. You will not go wrong choosing Blue Print.

I just won’t say these apartments and people I’m renting from have been so good love they personality when I call he always on it and very understanding because things get lil hard he understand I appreciate and his Service because I have ben happy with everything with apartment and them because I Ben on Northside 15 years just won’t say thanks them again for they Service Blueprint

I have two properties in Birmingham, AL that I used to manage myself. I handed them over to Karthik to manage a little over a year ago, and can definitely say that it was the right move. The management fee that I pay is made up by the quick occupancies and higher rent that Blueprint is able to get for my properties. If you’re on the fence about getting a property management company, I would definitely recommend it from my experience.

This is THE property management company to go with in Birmingham, AL. As an out of state investor, I have had an stress-free experience working with Blueprint. Karthik does an excellent job getting the properties rented out quickly, managing the maintenances and getting back to me about any questions I have. I have already pointed many of my friends in Karthik’s direction, and I would strongly recommend that any in-state/out-of-state investor use him!

I would 100% recommend blueprint management to anyone looking for a property manager! Working with this local company was a game changer for me. I have a couple of rental properties in Birmingham and have tried other property management companies in the area and the people at blueprint management are like no other. They are always very attentive to my needs, have fast responses, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and fast throughout the whole tenant process. I cannot thank them enough!!

Best property management in Birmingham, I’ve used the majority of the companies in the Birmingham metro and they are honest and fair with all of their pricing no hidden fees. I’ll pay the 10% ever day of the week for this service. Highly recommend!
