I had an absolutely wonderful experience through my rental term with AZ Rental Homes. We had a unique situation which called for a quick move in, and AZ Rental Homes made the process easy and quick. We had an issue with the AC not cooling sufficiently and within a couple hours a technician was there fixing the issue. Every-time I ever called or emailed I got a quick response. I truly appreciated them especially after working with previous property management companies prior with less than stellar experiences. Don’t hesitate to rent from them.

My partner and I recently moved from a property managed from AZ Rental Homes. I lived at the property for 8 years, my partner about 5.5 years. In that time frame, AZ Rental Homes was about as good as you can get for a leasing company. Nobody likes dealing with them, but it’s a necessary part of life for most. Whenever we did need to contact them they were quick to respond, quick to send a repair person out and overall just pretty good at communication. Very rarely would you have to send a reminder about something needing service. All the repair people we’ve interacted with throughout the years have been very nice, prompt and take the time to educate you on something new if you’re open to it. The leasing company has zero problems sending someone out just to check on something as well. If we didn’t need something repaired, we really only heard from them when it came time to renew our lease, which was the way we liked it. They pretty much leave you alone as long as you pay rent and aren’t causing trouble. Their online portal also makes things super easy for paying rent, setting up maintenance requests, etc. I started renting from them when I was in college since the location was right by the college campus and my partner and I really only stayed for as long as we did because the leasing company was easy to work with and the rent was a pretty good deal for the area. The only reason we finally decided to leave was because we really just needed more space in this next phase of our life. I’d recommend reaching out if you’re interested in a property managed by them, they’re pretty good people to work with.
