My husband is Christian, and after their terrible response to his review and as he cannot share a reply to their response, I will update to their response here as I too feel it was a bad experience. I will add a photo of the original email we got. Their reply calls us wrong and states they apologized IMMEDIATELY upon noticing the error, but as you can see, THEY are wrong. They say they offered us multiple solutions, but their mistake has changed our lives, and they say offering us to rent it at a significantly higher rate, rent something else, or refunding us was multiple solutions. Any human can understand those are not helpful solutions, and require 0 effort from the company. When we sought to see if we could get help legally, the blamed US saying we should have known the price was inaccurate. Those actions ARE what show no remorse. Their reply to this review also even proves the lack of remorse by their condescension in putting quotes around our "attorney" and seeing this situation as simple "frustration and inconvenience." We no longer have jobs and no longer have our own apartment because, in THEIR words on the phone, it is OFFICIAL and we can start the moving process and set up utilities. We understand mistakes happen, but the one who makes it should be at the loss to fix it. We never expected the LANDLORD to accept a price that doesn't cover their costs, we hoped PMI would realize how grave of an error this really was and put their money on the line as the company that caused 100% of the problems. That is the why we feel they didn't do anything to make it right. We did nothing wrong in any way, and are still somehow being called wrong by PMI. How exactly does that show remorse?

My experience with PMI has been absurd. As a Realtor, I brought one of their properties to my client's attention, and they loved it and were accepted and rented this home. However, I was not allowed to show the home, I was not allowed to do a move in inspection with my client, and I was not allowed access to fully represent my client through the signing of the lease. They were adamant about me referring my client to them but I refused as this was not in my clients best interest. I was continuously given the run around especially when it came to the broker compensation that was promised (they claimed to have sent the check to my office, only to find out a month later they sent it to the wrong brokerage in a completely different state and it had already been cashed. Not sure how they got this confused when they have my companies w9 and many emails with my information). They claimed to have reissued the check to the correct office, and it has currently been over 2 months (leased on 11/23/24, currently 02/06/25) and we have still not received it as they continue to give us the run around. Real estate agents beware. *update as of 02/12/25 my broker has received compensation.

She communicates in a timely and very professional manner. She has gone out of her way to ensure our property is maintained well. Thank you Ja’nat and PMI.

Carol, has also been very prompt with all maintenance related inquiries. We look forward to being long term tenants and potentially future buyers with PMI.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of PMI in managing my Atlanta properties. I have used several other property management companies here and elsewhere, and PMI's service has been in the top tier of any property management company I've come across so far. The one negative I've come across is that rental turnovers haven't been as quick and timely as I have experienced with other companies, but I'm hoping that this is just due to the current shortage of contractors nationwide. Attention to detail, ongoing upgrade of service provision, and fair value have made me a loyal customer.

PMI GA has been managing our properties for almost 4 years and we have had a very positive experience. They are so on the ball and easy to work with. Having managed our own properties for 25 years, we recognize it’s not an easy job. We appreciate how organized their system is and how well they take care of all the necessary details. We work with 2 other property management companies, so we have others to compare them too. They have been great! We are very grateful for them.

Terrible company to rent from.. trying to charge us over 3k for issues that we should have called in before we moved and it would have been covered… we were renting from a landlord for 7 years before they switched over to this company and now both are trying to charge us for things even though we put a ton of work into the home without being compensated… it is terrible that someone can do this to another person…. Especially after being a wonderful tenant for over 7 years.. disgusting if you ask me.. attached are charges that we are “responsible for” when we move in there was a hole in the wall that “we” fixed, “we” redid the kitchen floor because it was completely peeling up. “We paid and replaced 3 doors to the home because the other doors were terrible. When we moved in we never had the option to have a check list of this sort to make sure everything was perfect like they expect it to be when you leave… the charges are ridiculous and if you can avoid the company please, please do it is not worth wasting a penny. We unfortunately did not have a choice because our landlord changed over to this company in the middle of our term which I’m sure is technically a breech of contract. I guess I will deal with this when and if they decide to take us to court to pay these unfair and unrealistic fees. lol in response to your response… we did not leave the home VERY dirty… we never got a bill from a professional cleaner that shows the home had to be cleaned … and unless someone went in that home broke in and trashed it after we left it was clean…cleaner than when we moved in… I have uploaded the video of when we moved out and a screenshot of the original landlord telling me if we left everything the max would be 1500 and we didn’t as you can see from the videos…. And we still were charged double smh… it is disgusting how unfair we have been treated after fixing numerous things on the home without charging for it…such as replacing 3 exterior doors … building around the carport to close it in… adding crown in the kitchen… replacing the kitchen floor… installing a new dishwasher… paying for new carpet (added to each month rent) leveling out the back yard.. and much more ….and then yall are charging for stickers on a light switch … lol exactly like I said ridiculous
