I can't say enough good things about Green River Property Management! I rented with them for 2 years, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The only reason I had to move was that the owners of the property decided to return, or I would have gladly stayed much longer. Jenn is absolutely incredible—her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care set her apart. She was always responsive, handled any concerns quickly, and made the entire process seamless. You can tell she truly values her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. If you're looking for a property management team that truly excels, Green River is it. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be more grateful for the prompt and professional service from Green River Property in fixing our AC! After putting in a request, they responded quickly and had a technician out to us in no time. With temperatures climbing and kids at home, we were so relieved to have everything up and running again. The team was courteous, efficient, and got the job done perfectly. Highly recommend Green River Property for their exceptional service and quick response times!

Wish I could do 0 stars. And I’m bummed my family and I didn’t get the experience that all these reviews are stating. We have kept very open communication with the company since the beginning of our agreement with them. We have rented for two years now. Always was an issue with air quality in the house. They sent out ppl but nothing was found… finally this year I was fed up and they had a mold remediator come out and he did a visual assessment not an air sample. The contracted company(came Sept 10) did tell me the humidity is way over normal limits. He also told me the report would be back to the company 24-48 hours so sept 12 which is a Thursday. Green rivers did not contact their tenants - my husband reached out several times and we kept getting “waiting for results”. We paid 500$ out of our own money for an environmental evaluator to come test and see what the issue could be. He did DJ humid resding and it was confirmed it was way over normal limits and he did three air samples. He said the house looos very clean and he thought it would be more mycotoxins than mold. But lo and behold- the test came back with elevated mold readings. I sent the report to the management company VIA email and no response. They sent out an AC tech instead… we showed them the reports Fromm a licensed company. That there is mold in the house. We have had symptoms of sickness and they do not care. The email was sent Thursday night. No answer on Friday that they received it, that they are concerned. I called Friday afternoon and he said he got the email but he cannot do anything. I saw in Google they were open today and no one has still called. This is a serious issue. The more time they are not trying to rectify- the more contamination is happening. We also bought a DEhumidifer and are emptying it 5x a day. I am very saddened at this. This is an issue and it is not being handled in a timely manner. We have paid rent on time for two years and have answered the company with any requests in a timely manner

My family and I moved to Florida a little over a year ago and rented a property through Green River Property Management. Jennifer was awesome from the get-go. If it wasn’t for us having to move back to Las Vegas, I would have continued renting through them. If, for any reason, we move back to Florida, they will definitely be my first choice for a rental property. Great experience all around!

If we could leave a 6 star, we would. Our family rented a property for a little over 3 years from Green River and from the beginning, always had a great experience with everyone there. When something would occur with the home, they were quick to respond, and help resolve the issues. Jenn and the team were extremely professional throughout our time working with them. We highly recommend working with the team at Green River. You can trust them.

I would never recommend this company. I moved in July 2017 and rented 2983 Majestic Oaks Ln in Green Cove Springs. In March 2018 I reported a large crack in my wall that was growing in length and width. They claimed that it was a cosmetic crack and they gave me the run around about getting it fixed. I gave them notice to vacate the home after they tried to increase my rent and not fix the issue. Once I gave that they opted to send a repairman out to fix the issue. Come to find out there were three crossbeams in the attic above where the crack was that had snapped. The contractor stated to me at that time that it wasn't safe and they should have been out when I reported it. He also repaired another crack along the same wall that he believed that was related to the crossbeams snapping. I turned in my keys at the end of May and by law I should have received my deposit within 30 days of turning in my keys. I had to call up to the office to request the deposit back after we had passed the 30 day mark. When I received the letter from them they stated that they were holding my deposit because the grass needed to be re-sodded. I protested and took pictures of the property when I vacated as well as after they stated they were keeping my $450 to fix the yard. By Florida State law I am allowed to object to them holding my deposit which I did. The office manager wrote me a letter back stating that the grass had already been replaced and I would not be getting my refund. Again, by law they are supposed to hold my deposit until I have had time to object. They claim they spent it. When I drove by the property it was in the exact same condition that it was in when I vacated. They did not use my deposit for the yard and they withheld my deposit for it. I have attached photos of the yard after they claim that they laid sod and it is obvious that they did not. This place is a scam and they don't do what is lawful and you can see by other reviews that they make it out to be something that I did or state that my allegations aren't factual. This is not the case as you can see from the photos provided.

My family and I moved to Florida a little over a year ago and rented a property through Green River Property Management. Jennifer was awesome from the get-go. If it wasn’t for us having to move back to Las Vegas, I would have continued renting through them.
